How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your PhotoMentor account directly from the app. Follow these simple steps:
Launch the PhotoMentor app on your device.
Tap the Settings tab (gear icon) at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and tap the "Delete My Account" button in red.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Delete" to permanently delete your account.
⚠️ Important: This action is permanent
Once you delete your account, this action cannot be undone. All of the following will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information and preferences
- All photo analysis history and results
- Course progress and achievements
- Saved poses and collections
- Streak and score data
- Any uploaded photos stored in our cloud
Your data will be fully erased from our servers within 30 days of account deletion, in compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PhotoMentor → Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → PhotoMentor → Cancel
We recommend canceling your subscription before deleting your account to avoid being charged after deletion.
